DELIVERIES: All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a 'next day' service and all our deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. You should allow 48 hours to receive your order, e.g if your order is placed on a Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. If you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left. Parcelforce is who we use to deliver your goods. - Please note that we are in the hands of the courier when delivering your goods and can not be responsible for any un-avoidable delays in shipping times.

REPORTING A PROBLEM: ALL reports of any problems or faults must be done in writing stating your order number and a detailed description of your problem and photos when possible.
