Developed with world's fastest enduro athletes (Clementz, Chausson), the Crossmax Enduro is 100% developed to maximize the enduro experience. Different rims widths front and rear to accommodate different tyre width and tread pattern, unique features to offer the ultimate combination of grip and responsiveness.

BRAKE DISC COMPATIBILITY: 6 Bolt International (6 bolts holding the brake disc on wheel hub)
ISM: Inter Spoke Milling. Lighter rim and equal rigidity is the magic equation to reduce inertia and to free extra power for climbing.
SCC: Super Contact Compound is the softest compound (40a) and delivers unbelievable grip in all conditions. It gives the extra confidence needed to push your limits.
CC: Contact Compound (50a) that offers excellent grip in both dry and wet conditions whilst not compromising durability and rolling efficiency.
ARC: All Round Compound (60 shore A) that makes a versatile and durable tyre.
GUARD2: Dual ply construction makes for a super strong casing to prevent flats even at low pressure. Rubber layers thickness is optimised to keep the weight low. Recommended for enduro racing and all types of aggressive riding.
UST: Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.

ITS-4: Instant Transfer System 4 : Using 4 pawls working 2 by 2, the system provides a more dynamic ride, thanks to a very fast engagement. Its versatility makes it compatible with all kinds of frame retention system.
FORE: Instead of being drilled, the lower rim bridge is pushed up on the inside, then threaded to enable the spoke nipples to be directly screwed in it, leaving the upper rim bridge intact.
ISOPULSE: The spokes are laced radially on the drive side and crossed 2 on the non drive side to maximise drive side dish, thus providing a better spoke tension balance between left and right flanges.
QRM+: Our most demanding level. Those cartridge bearings are of course double sealled with C3 internal clearance, and toped with a micro-adjustability system.
ZIRCAL: A specific aluminum alloy that provides spokes with higher stiffness to weight ratio while being stronger.
MAXTAL: Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminum alloy offers a higher strength to weight ratio than conventional 6106 alloy.
SUP: Soudé Usiné Process. After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish.
